Mr. Gagliardo has 30+ years of experience in international business development, corporate governance and real estate development. His career has been associated with senior business transactions and negotiations, problem-solving and innovation leading into profitable enterprises.
For more than 12 years, he held various executive positions in the Argentine, Peruvian and US affiliates of Microsoft Corp. His last position at Microsoft was Director of Enterprise Customers & Partners, Latin America South Cone, including the organizations of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
Prior experience in the technology market also includes sales and marketing positions in NCR and Apple.
He has also been an active Venture Capital investor in software development, and internet companies in Argentina.
His path into the Real Estate market began in 2001 as an active member of an investment team.
In 2006 he founded Vitrium Capital to offer qualified individual and institutional investors an end to end value proposition in the market.
Since then, he has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate, including strategic and financial planning, site searches, approvals, field office management, leasing, development and land dispositions of Real Estate projects valued in more than $150M.
As President of Vitrium Capital, he currently manages a diversified real estate investment portfolio, with assets in residential, commercial and retail properties in USA, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina, soon expanding the operation to Perú.
Mr. Gagliardo has a graduate degree in Operations Research from Universidad Católica Argentina, and postgraduate studies in Marketing, Management and Finance at IAE (Buenos Aires, Argentina), INALDE (Bogotá, Colombia) and Columbia Business School (NY, USA).
